Bingjie Ling, MD
Dr. Ling grew up in Virginia, where she did the majority of her schooling. She entered The University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Economics in 2008. She spent her undergraduate summers working as an ophthalmic technician at The University of Virginia Ophthalmology Department, where her love of ophthalmology was born.
Dr. Ling also earned her medical degree from The University of Virginia in 2014. She completed her Internship year in Boston at Tufts University/Lemuel Shattuck Hospital and stayed in Boston to complete her Ophthalmology Residency at Boston University Medical Center, Boston’s largest level 1 trauma center and safety net hospital.
After completing her residency training in 2018, she started practicing in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Dr. Ling is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She provides comprehensive eye care services including cataract and pterygium surgery, and medical and laser treatment of glaucoma, cornea, and retina conditions.
Dr. Ling enjoys spending her free time with her husband hiking and touring New England in the summer on their motorcycles, exercising, cooking, and playing violin and guitar together.
